Gateway api changes to support querying different presto proxy databases #133

This change adds a support for multiple presto dbs within a presto db server. We can configure multiple resource group and selector dbs with this using apis for different presto backends

Can we please update the documentation with examples of how to use the new APIs ?

Also would suggest adding a caveat section to the APIs docs/readme about the bug with scheduled wts & address that in code in a follow up PR
