I just noticed that the links to download the models don't work:

wget https://tcvc.s3.amazonaws.com/TCVC_IDC.zip # Colorization backbone model wget https://tcvc.s3.amazonaws.com/pretrained_models.zip # Pretrained TCVC

Thanks in advance! It would be great if someone could re-upload them.
