Give instructions on how to sign XML with the CLI

@James-Sangalli actually now it's simply works in this way, after you import private key and provide contract address, click next, a 'signed' xml will be generated automatically, maybe I should add a sign button somewhere, I will do it for https://github.com/lyhistory/Peter-s-Tool/issues/9
