If you've joined the game, lykos' pingif system does not ping you, even after you leave, until the game is cancelled or started. This makes sense, unless you're leaving the game because there aren't enough players - there may be more players later on, and you want to be pinged then, but lykos won't do so.
I suggest that !pingif should reset this, so that if you use it after you've left the game, it will ping you even though you've already joined in the current session.
