night action notification for villager in sleepy #441

As villager, I have no actions to make, yet I received the inactive role notification. No post-game warning, purely cosmetic.

21:17:40 <lykos> You are a villager. It is your job to lynch all of the wolves.

Turning around, you see a large black horse with dark red eyes and flames where its mane and tail would be. After a brief period of time, it starts chasing after you! That’s probably because of the nightmare, if you hadn’t managed to get out of it yet.

It still shouldn't send this message to them, and, it already blocks them from getting night warnings due to this
