adding German translation #457

I now hope that this is correct. I once made a pull request for the German translation. However, I cannot test it. there are no players in my network.

You can test even without any players (it's what all of us devs do when making changes) -- the feature you're after is fjoining fake players. I briefly went into that in my reply at https://github.com/lykoss/lykos/issues/456#issuecomment-738119743 -- join up on IRC and ask one of us for help if you are having trouble following along.

It means you're on a "timeout", you're unable to join any more games until the specified number of games have been played (without you).
