role:command matching should ignore purely numerical "roles" #465

Pasting quotes containing timestamps to lykos shows "No such role" error; for example:

<wctaiwan> 8:18 PM <wctaiwan> test
<lykos> No such role: 8

(This happens in e.g. wolfchat and deadchat.)
