Some time in the distant past, the #452 branch got a commit that simplified things by making the in-channel "A few villagers awake early and notice it is still dark outside." message and private "You have not yet acted with all of your roles tonight" message use the same timer, which fires halfway through night.
Post-merge, channel consensus seems to be that this isn't an improvement. The in-channel message should remain at 60 seconds. The private message should go back to being 30sec before night ends.
