Add WTF character account copy #36

When creating a new character or changing a name you have to reset everything. Create a flag to perform a copy of a character account

Need to set ElvPrivateDB to "Default" before init login to set proper Private profile as ElvUI doesn't automatically default to default? Need to ask in their Discord

Edit: Discord hasn't answered my question after multiple posts, so this feature will need to be added to the code

XFaction also sets the profile to char_name - server_name. Asked dev in https://github.com/Chalsean/XFaction/issues/331

We could create a WTF template that's scrubbed - probably the best bet for this
