MacPorts Portfile needs update for new build procedure #1

The existing Portfile in MacPorts will need to be corrected to reflect the new FXRuby build process (based on rake-compiler et al). Ideally we could just have the Portfile download the gem and install that instead, but I don't know how that jibes with the MacPorts philosophy.
