Please once again add a suitable readme to reproduce your results.

In addition, inside the manuscript you have mentioned that omics module has 12 features per sample but 'HepG2/data/HepG2_negative_feature1679_12_lable.txt' has 13 omics features per sample.

Am I getting something wrong here ?
