The drop chance for Certus Quartz Seed in the Diamond Sieve is set at 2%. This should be 20% according to progression. Certus Quartz and Certus Quartz Seeds are at 10% for the iron mesh and 20% / 2% for the Diamond mesh. I think someone forgot the "0" zero

This seems like a visual bug in JEI, because I got a ton of Certus Quartz Seeds before I got a Charged Certus Quartz, even though they both have a 2% chance. About forgetting a zero though, they actually messed up on the Iron Mesh. If you look, it's near 1% for all of the other meshes. In the config, the values are expressed as decimals, so Iron Mesh has a 0.1 chance, while Flint and String Meshes have a 0.01 chance.
