None of the live demos work with omniauth #871

Clicking any of the providers (facebook, github, google) on any of the live demos (j-toker, ng-token, angular2) results in errors. If the documentation included an explanation for #868, it would be much easier to help out on these issues

Its not working with e-mail too.

I think the demo db is just full. I'll either upgrade it or clean it out next week.
