Integrate Census/Concept #22

Make a way to have both a fixed position list (for aggregation) and a free-form concept field. Or vice-versa.

While I think "position" is important, when I think about it, it is often assigned after character generation. Perhaps a different word should be used instead of "position". "concept" or "class" might better fit. "Profession"; "Character Type", "Concept Type"; are other ideas.
