+accept disclaimer doesn't work in starter DB #62

In the starter DB, the +accept command in the Disclaimer Room gives a Huh? error.

The disclaimer command object is in GameWiz's inventory instead of in the Disclaimer Room where it belongs.

Fixed in the new 1.8.6 starter db. If you're using the old one, just move the object manually to the disclaimer room.
