PHP 5.3 compatibility #14

Hello,

to work under PHP 5.3 is necessary to edit ./data/symfony/config/php.yml

delete check zend lines:
check:
  zend.ze1_compatibility_mode: off

Hi, I make patch that check PHP version in symfony.php and 
data/symfony/bin/symfony.php, add description "remove that line from php.yml" 
to INSTALL.

are there any news concerning issue #6 with the compatibillity to php5.3 and 
the function magic_quotes_runtime ... ?
