specify Master IP Address when adding domain from SLAVE template.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. in case adding domain of master/slave, but 'master' column of 'domains' 
table is NULL at slave server.
2. then execute update statement via mysql cli.
3. This operation is inconvenient.

-What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I want to specify this value via pdns-gui.
So I attach this patch.
