TOvcTable.CellData is reordered randomly on saves #1

This leads to unneded changes of .dfms, which in turn irritates when commiting changes into version control.

This has always been an issue.... I have been using Orpheus since Delphi 2.... An annoying (chronic) behavior. I've always assumed it is an issue with the IDE, but I guess it could be something Orpheus as well. I have learned to undo changes to the form if I know I have only worked with the code. If I have worked with the form then I usually keep the changes.
