Crash on burst call attempts #7

Application crashes on many outgoing call attempts!

Exception in mainform.cs at UpdateCallRegister:
{"Collection was modified after the enumerator was instantiated."}

Merge pjsua_app.c version 1.0 and pjsipDll.cpp solved the occasional crashes on 
call 
release!
The call log refresh exception still remains. Have to be synchronized with GUI 
thread.
