javac: directory not found: ..../target/classes #47

After maven clean
the first build  will fail because ${project.build.outputDirectory} may not 
exists when running DistMojo.

Solution before running msgfmtCmd
ensure that directory outputDirectory  is created.

e.g. call
outputDirectory.mkdirs()
