Maven repository contains only broken version of gettext-commons #58

Maven repository contains only version 0.9.7, which is broken, because it have 
weird dependencies (it depends on gettext-maven-plugin) (?).

Could you please release a fixed version into maven repo?

gettext-commons 0.9.8 is available on maven central. Please upgrade your 
version and remove gettext maven repository. Documentation is here
