Update for Nazir #25

Make the updates for Tractate Nazir

Just found a nice background on the Talmud https://steinsaltz.org/talmud/

As for Nazir, things may be ok. I think the only problem may be Hadran (they seem to have a strange URL for Nazir 2) and Living Greengrass (no post yet). Let's see what happens tomorrow.

It looks like there are no updates need for Nazir. There don't seem to be any permutations on the spelling of the tractate, so got lucky this time.
