Question for TAD annotation #1

Hi, I want to know how you get the database file hic.db used in the TAD annotation module? Did you download this file or you generate it by yourself? If so, what software did you use to generate it? Thanks a lot!

Sry for the delayed response. The hic.db is a self-generated data file that incorporates data from TADKB, SEdb2, EPDnew, TRRUST, as well as DisGeNET. You can use SQLite to view the contents of hic.db
