fix dark mode not showing up correctly #33

After merging #30, where we modified tailwind.config file, the dark mode wasn't applied correctly to all the UI. it seems that shadcn requires 'dark' class to be added specifically rather than being picked up automatically. Hence this PR fixes that issue.
