Currently it makes it so every blocker increases unity produced from jobs by 1. Meaning if you have 8 blockers on a planet, EVERY job produces +8 unity a month, on top of whatever else it was making.
Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to go into every blocker file and replace the line that does that and instead add "unity = 1" to the "produces" section under "resources".
