The builder isn't adding the ATK bonus from either the Spear Mastery or Katana Mastery passives on Odin.

It appears that Odin's weapon passives are broken again.

1) Train Javelin Arts and/or Sword Arts on Odin 2) In Builder, equip a katana and spear to any unit (without Odin). Notice the atk % increase. 3) Equip Odin (trained with JA and/or SA). Notice no change in the atk % increase
