Radiant Lightning not at max ATK #401

I was trying to maximize Radiant Lightning's ATK using my inventory and the result I got wasn't optimized. The FFBE Equip maximum was obtained with Fenrir and the Scanning Goggles. If I used the Power Amplifier and Odin instead, my attack went up. I double-checked my inventory/esper entries and they were fine. One those four elements must be faulty.

Can you send me links of the obtained build and the build you think is better ?

The suggested build has my RL at 3075 ATK, which falls to 3037 ATK in-game.

Both FFBE Equip and the game put my unit at 3062 ATK.
