Issue with Cilka and their tmr #404

Seems like with the criteria selected, the builder isn't keeping two copies of each weapon, unless the pin forces it to. Although building Reberta for ATK and excluding Longinus, Flowing Might, and Ragnarok does result in a build with two Crimson Bloods, so I'm not sure. It should be relatively easy for Lyrgard to confirm.
