Full support for status.net (GNU Social) #581

By now, Hotot partly supports status.net servers. That means that:

  1. The API path always contains a "1.1" (That is part of another issue)
  2. there are hardcoded paths that refer to identi.ca (which no longer supports the status.net protocol)

it would be great if Hotot could be reworked so that if fully supports status.net servers. There are many statusnet servers outside and there are also many friendica servers outside that also use the same API.
