Describe the bug
When in windowed mode, if the aspect ratio of Embers is incorrect (Window resized to be out of ratio that embers defaults to), the line-art on the notes and the background graphic will be mismatched to the notes and image.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Change embers to a windowed application, stretch it across a single axis, use a custom background, and play a file. Alternatively, this also will occur with most machines if the user maximizes the windowed application.
Expected behavior
For the line-art to compensate for the "black bars" around the sides of the image due to the off aspect-ratio or for Embers to change it's render space to include all of the space the monitor provides.
