If I use the Shift key to lower an octave, the right notes will only play when using the computer keyboard, if I play a note using my MIDI keyboard that is connected to the PC it will play the same notes always (it will not change the octaves).
To Reproduce
Press any note on the keyboard of the PC and on a MIDI keyboard, if you then press shift (to change the octave) and press the same keys on both the keyboard and the MIDI keyboard they will play different notes.
Expected behavior
Without changing octaves:
PC keyboard, note C4
MIDI keyboard, note C4
Changing octaves:
PC keyboard + Shift, note C3
MIDI keyboard + Shift, note C4 (should've been C3)
