The icon on the Mac version of Embers is substatially bigger than other Mac Apps, making it look out of place in the Launchpad and the dock.
It shouldn't be particularly hard to scale it down to the correct size, and there are templates available from Apple's design resources page, available from their design resources page here
While this isn't a major, program breaking issue, it is a nice tweak that improves UX to a degree.
