Full screen doesn't work as intended #86

Describe the bug in a typical full screen game, the cursor is locked and alt-tabbing out of the game puts it in the background as full screen tax over the monitor. it seems as if full screen does the same as borderless windowed in embers.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'settings'
  2. switch from full screen to windowed
  3. switch back to full screen and see the flashes
  4. See that the cursor and start menu still function as if borderless windowed.

Expected behavior the cursor to be locked and the application not be able to be alt-tabbed/start buttoned out of and stay open on the screen.
