infinite loop rotating custom ads only #141

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. disable your network connection
2. launch app to try to get custom ad
3. ==> infinite loop as it tries to rotate the custom ad

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
no infinite loop please. This probably won't happen if you have some non-custom 
ads in the mix

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.5.5

Please provide any additional information below.
Looks like CustomAdapter uses rotateThreadedNow() - should probably use 
rotateThreadedDelayed()
