Ads failed to fill screen space for Android 1.6+ #229

When using the "Invoker.java" Android example provided in the source code 
without any change, the ads fills the screen space as expected, but when I 
change the AndroidManifest.xml's uses-sdk element from 
android:minSdkVersion="3" to android:minSdkVersion="4", the ads no longer fill 
the screen space, instead they become much smaller. See the attached 
screenshots.
