UTF-8 unusable #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create Project
2. Activate Plugin
3. Switch to UTF-8

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected was an sync as UTF8, server crashed instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WinXP

Please provide any additional information below.

??? Is this is meant as a bug report??? Which relationship has "Switch to 
UTF-8" to Filesync??? Which server is crashed???
