Changing project builder properties failed #21

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Eclipse
2. Select a PHP Project
3. Open Project Properties
4. Select "File Synchronization" option
5. Check on "Enable FileSync builder for project"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A message comes up "Changing project builder properties failed." and no sync 
occurs when saving documents.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V. 3.6  Windows 7 32-bit

Please provide any additional information below.

Please look into the error log view: there must be a detailed message with the 
stack trace. Most likely your .project file is not writable and you have no 
rights to change it.
