Auto Sync not working any more MyEclipse 9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configure my web project with FileSync
2. Modify JSP

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Modified JSP is not pushed out to the target

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MyEclipse 9
FileSync 1.3.8
JDK 1.6.0_26

Please provide any additional information below.
Performing a Manual Synchronization works just that automated doesn't
This makes it workable but not as convenient as the automated process I've come 
used to using.

Please enable Project-> Build Automatically.

Thank you that's what it was, not sure how that got turned off.
