Support single file or muti files sync, and remain the sub path. #29

For example:

soucre/path/to/a.php

target/path/to/a.php

And add shortcut for "Force File Synchronization" in file context menu. When 
sync this file, it would be copied to target dir.

Feel free to provide a patch, but I won't work on this feature, as there is a 
simple way to do what you want: you can add a folder and exclude everything 
from sync except this one file.
