Allow synchronization to work in the opposite direction #33

For example there could be an external tool that generates artifacts in 
external directories. It would be nice to keep the workspace in sync 
automatically.

The simpliest way to do this is to create a project containing "generated 
external" files and sync from there. You can do it in 5 minutes without any 
change in FileSync.
