What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Use eclipse variables in target folder for flexibility;
2.Save setting, then open again;
3.Save again, the variables were override by literals.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect retain variables.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FileSync 1.3.9 + Windows 7 + Eclipse luna
