Implement a Pub Sub system to reduce battery consumption #3

Pulling each $RETRY_SECONDS (by default 10) leads to high battery consumption.

By implementing a Pub Sub update system I could only git pull when a message arrives

Maybe something like MQTT with mosquitto as a message broker
