Added a Dockerfile, a docker-compose file and a script to run in the docker container. Resolves #220

How to run

• Install docker and docker-compose on your machine and open ports you will use
• compile the docker image by navigating to the trakman directory and running # docker build -t trakman .
• go to a completely different directory (or stay in the current one it doesnt really matter) and copy docker-compose.yml there
• edit docker-compose.yml to your liking (replaces setting up dedicated_cfg mostly)
• run # docker-compose up or # docker-compose up -d for daemon version
• wait like a minute for everything to get set up
• connect to your new cool server!!!!!!!! :D

Why are the dedicated server and trakman not separate containers?

• It doesn't really make sense imo to separate them

• Easiest way to set up a working trackmania server
• Fastest way to set up a working trackmania server
• DOCKER IS THE FUTURE!!!!111

What to do now?

• test test test
• package docker and publish on dockerhub and make docker-compose use that image instead
• upload docker-compose.yml separately

Billion file no exist errors when i remove something

• # docker-compose up --force-recreate
• it keeps the old container for some reason idk, thought that was the opposite of the intention of containerisation..

Why do I have to enter the ports 5 times each?

• Yeah that sucks if you have to change them, but I didn't find another way.
• There isn't really a way to use env variables defined IN docker compose in itself
• And because of the way the server advertises itself in TM you can't just change the host/exposed port
