Fix Empty User Attributes in Requests #32

Makes user attributes optional to avoid sending an empty array in requests when there are no user attributes. Also fixes missing name in events.

Additional:

declare Lytics.userManager as UserManaging existential rather than concrete UserManager
adds RequestWrapping.cancel()
use getter/setter on UserManager.identifiers and attributes to load / save stored values
implement Lytics.isOptedIn
