Define what system type events should be automatically collected such as `app open` #56

Ease of implementation should always be top of mind. In the original spec we mentioned the need to auto track some events but never fully defined what those events were and what the payloads should include. This issue is to build that definition as a base for follow up implementation tickets.

Here we need to define a set of MVP auto collect events that users will expect.

Discussed with @markhayden for MVP we are not going to auto-collect events. This may be added later.
