Shortcut does not describe for other OS #20

Using a Macbook pro, I'm unable to run ctrl+d to prefill the delete command. I've noticed that this works with CMD+d instead but this was not reflected on the docs

It's very neat that this is a shortcut but maybe you could tell users that it could be different for other platforms

It is standard across all applications that Ctrl can be swapped for Cmd.

Reason for disagreement: Users who are not familiar with working across different OSes might not be able to figure this out. This creates inconvenience for these users.

Team chose [severity.Low] Originally [severity.Medium]

Reason for disagreement: There may be quite a few users who intend to use this shortcut and considering that MacOS is a mainstream OS, there may be quite a few users who need to use CMD instead. Since this could cause inconvenience to a wide group of users, I believe that it is a medium severity issue.
