failed to create symbolic link '/etc/pam.d/chsh': File exists #140

I was merely following https://github.com/gqqnbig/shine-cluster/wiki/%E6%9C%8D%E5%8A%A1%E5%99%A8%E5%AE%89%E8%A3%85

$ sudo ./install.sh compute
ln: failed to create symbolic link '/etc/pam.d/chsh': File exists

Is this error expected? How should one deal with that?
