Bones which are parent constrainted to parts of the armature are moved slightly, seemingly at random but consistently (ie; not every parent constraint is moved the same amount or in the same direction, but the same item is moved the same way each time), when entering play mode. This is not affected by "Disable Parent Constraint Offset Scaling"
