Non local clone should respect the new parameter sync feature #98

Hi! At the moment if you disable parameters from syncing (new SDK feature) it still syncs to the non-local clone. Hopefully this can be addressed, thank you for all your work Lyuma and everyone else involved.

Should now be fixed in 3.1.0. Let me know if it works for you, or reopen with more information if not.
