On import failure, delete the newly created GitHub repo #30

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start export and receive error GitHub code import took too long

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect if import fail converter should revert all changes.

Updating title, since this would apply to any type of export failure.

In the event of an error we don't automatically delete the repo or revert any 
changes, since it can be useful to inspect the state of the repo to debug what 
went wrong.

If you get an error you can simply delete the repo and try again, or file a bug 
here pointing to the badly migrated repo on GitHub, and we can investigate 
further.
